Favelets/Bookmarklets That Work in Safari | August 12, 2003
Here are some of the Favelets/Bookmarklets I use on a regular basis that work in Safari. I've collected these from a variety of sources so really can't remember where they all come from (sorry!). To use them, simply drag the link onto your bookmarks bar.
- W3C (X)HTML validator
- W3C CSS validator
- Toggle Linked CSS
- Bobby check A
- Bobby check AA
- Bobby check AAA
- Resize browser to 640x480
- Resize browser to 800x600
- Resize browser to 1024x768
- Convert long URL to "tinyurl"
- PHP Function
- Show divs with colour

Andy,
Thanks for these! I had a lot in my collection already, but not the ‘show DIVs with colour’ which is particularly useful. I’ve got a few on my site (http://exp.hicksdesign.co.uk/) for searching etc., but I’ve found ‘email link’ the most useful. Odd that Safari doesn’t have that feature.
Very nice blog by the way - beautiful design and photography. A real pleasure to read - I’ve subscribed ever since Jeremy linked to you.

wow some of those are very useful. I’ve recently switched to the mac so I’m rebuilding my favelets collection, you’ve saved me a lot of time. Great site by the way.
