How cool is this. I want one!

Hey, that’s cool! I’ve always been frustrated that all my MP3s are trapped inside my computer. I have a 20GB portable MP3 player for my car, but the music on it tends to get a little stale since I’m too lazy to actually bring it inside and swap out the music on it. I could, of course, run some cables from my computer to my stereo, but the trip hazard level of this place is already too high with ethernet and coax cables. And at $225, the smaller one doesn’t break the bank! And it’s almost my birthday!

I’ve been looking for something like that. Especially since my CD player is on the fritz.
I really want to know more about the next gen iPod though. Wouldn’t it be great to have a portable that you could use as an image dump for your digital camera while on vacation; a MP3 player you could connect to your home stereo; oh, and a protable MP3 player?

I’ve been thinking about one of these too, but I read last week that Linksys are also working on something similar but haven’t released the details just yet, so I think I’ll hang-fire for a little. I think there will be a proliferation of these kind of devices over the next year or so.
