- AccessTunes - Share your iTunes library over the web. I'm not sure how the music companies or Apple will feel about this, but it's a great way to unobtrusively pick through your friends music collections.
- Acquisition - OS X file sharing app.
- Adium X - A multi protocol IM client for OS X
- Awaken - Wake up to your favorite iTunes music
- Blue Coconut - Copy music from a shared iTunes library.
- Boot Camp - This is at once exciting and scary. We'll be able to run Windows on our Macs, but is this the slippery slope to Apple becoming an Windows PC vendor?
- Broadband Optimizer - Optimize Your MacOS X Broadband Internet Connection by increasing the memory buffers used for TCP transfers.
- Building Ruby, Rails, LightTPD, and MySQL on Tiger - Says it all really
- CLUTTER - Look up album covers from amazon for iTunes
- CSS Optimizer - Nice little OS X app for optimising your CSS by stripping out whitespace, comments etc. In tests it's reduced my CSS files by about 30%
- Cha-Ching - Interesting money management app
- Chax - Pimp your iChat
- Cocktail - Nice little app to help you maintain your Mac. Tom Cruise not included.
- CocoaMySQL - A nice looking MySQL client for Mac OS X
- Coda - Don't know about the app, but the page is nice.
- CoverFlow - Interesting way of browsing your mp3 collection.
- CronniX - Cron job management GUI
- Dimensionizer - A cool little OS X menu plugin, that displays the dimensions of images in the contextual menu. Very handy.
- Ecto - A desktop blogging client and successor to Kung-log
- Excellent New Personal Content Manager - I have exactly the same problem as the author of this write up. I've 2 todo bookmark folders, a couple of todo files as well as a todo stickie. I don't know if this app will help, but it looks interesting.
- Extended Desktop - Enable screen spanning on your iBook. Especially handy if you're presenting using Keynote and want to use the presenters display option.
- Fetch Art - Another Amazon cover art downloading app
- Fish - This is a virtual fish tank simulation for OSX. Completely pointless, but good fun nonetheless. You can even share your fish via rendezvous. Fun for all the office.
- Geek Tool - A PrefPane to display logs on your desktop.
- Getting things done with Automator and Spotlight
- Gorilla Usability Testing - A nice review of Silverback from Garrett Dimon
- Gush - Really nice looking site for this Mac OS X instant messaging and news aggregating application
- HTTP Mail Plugin - A Mail plugin that lets you collect and send mail from your webmail (e.g. Hotmail) account. Handy for downloading your mail then then composing your replies offline.

- Miglia TV Mini - Looks like an iPod shuffle, but turns your Mac into a Free to air DTV PRV.

- Panther Secrets Declassified - If you've been using OS X for a while, you'll probably already know many of these tips. However there were a few that even I was unaware of, so it's worth a read.
- Photoshop Dust and Scratches Plug-in - Haven't tried it yet, but it has been doing the rounds of the blogsphere lately

- Pixelmator - Nice looking photo editing tool. Nice looking site.
- Pixen - Open Source pixel art drawing application for OS X. Not tried it out yet, but it looks promising. The site itself is pretty slick and as a bonus is built using pure CSS.
- Poisoned - P2P file sharing
- PulpFiction - Advanced News Reader/Aggregator for Mac OS X - Definitely looking forward to this little app being released. More details on NSLog();
- Quicksilver - Cool OS X application launcher
- SIPphone - Another OS X VoIP client, this time based on an apparently open standard.
- Safari Enhancer - Enable debug menu, turn offf cach etc
- Safari WebDevAdditions - Web developer extension for Safari
- SafariSpeed 1.0 - Speed up Safari
- Safarish - Firefox OSX Safari-look
- Saft - Make Safari run in kiosk or full screen mode
- Scheduling Tasks in Panther
- Server Logistics - PHP, MySQL and Apache2 in easy to install packages
- ShareAlike - you can share your iTunes library across your network, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to share it across users on the same computer. ShareAlike aims to solve this, although I've not managed to get it to work so far!

- The Plaxo Toolbar for Mac - Sync your address book across multiple macs.
- Tiger Unleashed - A new OS or an advert for the X-Men. You decide.
- TigerLaunch - Useful (and free) application launcher
- TinkerTool - Activate hidden features in OS X.
- Turning a Mac Mini into a diigitaal media centre
- Use cron to repair permissions on a regular basis - Great tip for keeping your system working smoothly.
